Registration Question:

1. I can't get my check from the school in time to mail it in?

Please bring the check's and all remaining paperwork the day of the event.  For the Collegiate event we will collect all paperwork the day of.

FAQ

1.  What opportunities to coach the competitors will there be at the venue?

Competitors will be sailing in for lunch/bathroom break each day at a minimum.  Coaching will be possible from our L dock, and if the course is further away... we plan to put coaches on the water using our larger keel boats.

2.  Can I buy meal packages the day of the event?  NO.  We need to order the breakfast,lunches and dinner 5 days before the event, so all meal packages must be submitted as part of registration and checks mailed in.

Assorted Mini Bagels with Cream Cheese, Butters, and Jellies

Assorted Coffee Cake

Fresh Fruit Salad

Coffee, Decaf, and Hot Tea

Orange Juice


Lunch:

Deli Platter with Sliced Meats, Cheeses, Breads, and Condiments

Potato Chips

Assorted Deluxe Cookie Platters

Sodas, Juices, and Waters

 

Saturday Dinner:
2 different Salads ( Greek and Ceaser )
Several different appetizer from the Aladdin's menu ( toasted ravioli,hummus etc) w Pita Bread
1 Pasta Dish ( I am recommending Basil Pesto)
1 Chicken entrée (consisting of grilled chicken tenders) that can be also put on top of the pasta.
Garlic Bread
Baklava for Dessert
Beverages will include 2 liter bottles of assorted Soda and Water

 

3) May coaches or parents bring their own support/spectator boat?
NO.  Private boats will not be allowed on the water.  One coach/support person per competitor will be permitted on the coach boat(s) supplied by the event organizers. 
 
4) Will spectating be possible?
Yes.  Racing will be close to shore.  Parents and friends will have an excellent view of the racing from the shore.  Scores will be posted throughout the day
